Shipping and Returns

  • The product arrived but I don’t like it – can I return it?

    Unfortunately we do not offer returns on any products. We ask that to avoid this happening, you take the time to ensure the product(s) you order is to your liking. We try to provide enough information for you to decide on whether or not the product is right for you before you purchase to avoid this problem. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

  • The product arrived but it’s not what I ordered – what can I do?

    In the very rare and unlikely event that your order arrives and is either not as described or is the wrong product, we will make sure to correct the matter for you in the most appropriate way as soon as possible. While we don’t accept returns, we will gladly either refund you or replace the item, depending on which you would prefer.

    Please note that in some cases we may ask for proof of the issue you describe, usually in the form of an image. Please do not be offended if we request any extra information, we use this to prevent any issues in the future with any of our products, and to make sure our service is up to scratch. 

  • It’s been 60 days and my item hasn’t arrived – what can I do?

    In some very rare cases, products can be lost in transit. While we take every step to avoid this, accidents do happen. If it has been more than 60 days since you placed your order and it hasn’t arrived, please send us an email with as much information as you can provide (order no., name, product). We will look into the problem immediately and find the most appropriate solution for you.

  • My country isn’t on the shipping list – what can I do?

    If you don’t see your country when selecting shipping options, please contact us for a shipping quote. Your country is not on the standard list as it is a less common shipping route – don’t fear, we can likely still deliver to you.  In most cases we can deliver to your country for free, however in some cases there will be an extra charge incurred at checkout.

  • When will I receive my order?

    Typical delivery times are between 2-4 weeks. This time may vary up to 8 weeks for some products. We ask that you please wait 60 days from the time of ordering before contacting us about an undelivered item, after which we will gladly investigate and take the most appropriate action.
